Crow Canyon archaeologists and educators participate in a wide variety of meetings and conferences—part of the Center’s mission to share the results of its work with other professionals and the interested public.

2009 Pecos Conference

August 6–9, 2009
Cortez, Colorado

Since 1927, the Pecos Conference has been an annual opportunity for archaeologists working throughout the Southwest to get together in an informal setting—to compare notes, share discoveries, and enjoy the spirit of camaraderie. This year's conference will be held right in our own backyard, in Cortez, Colorado, just 10 minutes from campus. Crow Canyon will be well represented, and the public is welcome to attend.
